1. The inlet and outlet window of the valve body is designed as a double-channel groove sealing ring structure. During the rotating process of the cock, the sealing specific pressure between the sealing pairs changes gradually until it reaches the fully open or fully closed position, generating enough specific pressure and zero leakage of the sealing pairs.
2. The two-channel groove sealing ring can not only stabilize PTFE bushing in the valve body without displacement, but also absorb the trace deformation caused by temperature difference change of bushing, and at the same time produce a powerful wiping effect between bushing and cock, and improve the service life of sealing surface.
3. The upper part of the plug shaft adopts a PTFE diaphragm, O-ring and adjusting gasket, which can adjust the specific seal pressure between the sealing surface, make the plug rotate flexibly, and ensure the sealing of the inlet and outlet ends and the connection end of the middle flange.
4. The whole sealing process can be approximately considered to be independent of the pressure inside the pipeline.
5. PTFE bushing is filled with different materials according to the service temperature and working medium for good lubrication and long service life.
